Large family kitchen (with dishwasher and double oven) which opens through to the dining room featuring a wood fire and onto the sunroom with study nook. This level also includes the living room with reverse cycle a/c, access to the front verandah, perfect for watching the ocean and lake and mountain ranges.
Internal stairs to the downstairs areas comprising a further two bedrooms- 2 king singles (linen provided) and 2 sets of single bunks in the fourth bedroom along with tv, bathroom and laundry with access to the rear yard.
Silver Seas has a large fenced yard, dogs permitted (outside only) with direct access to the golf course. The holiday home is a short walk to the cycleway which links you through to the beaches and shopping precinct. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Silver Seas sleeps 10 and is a non smoking property.
